That doll looks like it was previously owned by Hannibal Lecter. Look at the face! Seeing this reminds me of the reason all my dolls faced the wall at night. This was taken in the early 40's and my little brother had the same type of "safety seat" in 1969. How did we ever make it to adulthood?
